Hello there my name is christos ioannou and i was born into a greek italian family lucky me!
im going to show you some of my recipes and the recipes i grew up with.
My parents were born in Alexandra Egypt of greek italian parents my mum and dad both speak 5 languages so therefore being born in the middle east our kitchen table was interesting to say the least.
Im a photographer and
a foodie cook so the recipes ideas will be photographed by me in my kitchen no fancy tricks just great looking photos to get you revved up and longing to cook as you drool over my delicious photos no lighting gear all these photos have been shot in my kitchen with available light its how you use the light so hang onto your cooks pan and lets enjoy life!



                             CRISPY PAN COOKED SALMON WITH GREEK FLAVOURS


Olive oil in the pan up to heat shallow cook skin side down for 3 minutes or so see it depends on the cut so then when it looks golden on the skin side turn over for??? till cooked but still a little pink in the centre, get some great tarter sauce and make it your own add some fresh dill oregano chilli finely chopped garlic olive oil and lemon juice to taste....bon apetite!

                                      
                                        THAI INSPIRED SPICY TOMATO RICE

Cook rice as usual but add chicken stock and some tomato passata to water and a few
red chopped chillis garlic salt to taste when rice is ready add ground white/black pepper some sambal chilli fresh spring onions or shallots serve with lemon wedge and if you like fine chopped coriander leaves
test this recipe a few times and make it your own white pepper is fantastic in some great asian rice dishes!
